September bewohnbar und wird dann für ein Jahr vermietet, da das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, danach kernsaniert wird und wir alle ausziehen müssen.
Es wird möbliert übergeben, wofür ein Abschlag von insgesamt 300€ gefordert wird. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit:

etc alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Industriestraße und ist somit ziemlich abgelegen. Wenn jemandem so etwas unwohlsein bereitet, dann ist das eher nichts. Ich mag es so sehr gerne und es ist Nachts tatsächlich ruhiger, weil es keinen Verkehr gibt. Die Hauptstraße ist trotzdem nur 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Da gibt es auch einen McDonalds.|WG-Leben:Ich arbeite in der Regel den ganzen Tag und bin eher ein ruhiger Mensch. Ich würde es bevorzugen wenn die Mitbewohner genau so viel Wert auf Ruhe legen.
Sonstiges:
Internet und Strom sind in der Miete mit inbegriffen. Ich soll hier 150 Wörter schreiben und merke gerade dass mir die Studenten mit ihren Hausarbeiten mit Wörtervorgabe leid tun. Ah siehe da 153 Wörter!

Lage:
Die WG befindet sich an der Grenze zum Stadtteil Deutz und ist zentral gelegen. Die Bahnhaltestelle Raiffeisenstraße (Linie 7) ist in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Bahnhof Köln Messe/Deutz sind es nur knapp 10 Minuten und zum Neumarkt brauchst du auch nur ca. 10 Minuten. Zum Hauptbahnhof etwa 15 Minuten. Zur TH ist es nicht weit und zur Uni etwa 25 Minuten.
